All orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed and any purchase that is made after 2 pm Central Time Monday through Thursday will be processed the next day. Purchases made on Fridays or during the weekend, will be processed the following Monday.

Orders are processed in order to check the availability of the products, as well as the approval of the payment method.

SENTIENT does not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays are observed:

Domestic Orders (Mexico)

We offer free shipping for all orders. The times will be determined by the shipping company that is contracted by SENTIENT. The estimated delivery time will be provided to you through the tracking number that will be sent with the confirmation email.

International orders

We offer international / worldwide shipping in the purchase of any of our products without any additional costs. Please note that INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT AND SUBJECT TO THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF EACH COUNTRY. Additional costs arising from the products clearing the customs at the country of delivery are borne by the client. SENTIENT has no control over such costs and cannot predict the amount that the destination country's custom’s department will charge. Likewise, SENTIENT is not responsible for delays that may arise due to the customs procedure and transit.

Order changes and cancellations

Once your order is placed, we are unable to adjust or modify any details. If you decide that you want to change your order for any reason, we will be happy to cancel your current order so that a new one can be placed. However, PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. IN THIS CASE, GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS APPLY.

Rejected shipments

If an order is rejected upon delivery, shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred will not be refunded. We strongly recommend that you review your order before shipping.
