Orders and Shipping
All orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed and any purchase that is made after 2 pm Monday through Thursday will be processed the next day. Purchases made on Fridays after 2:00 p.m., or during the weekend, will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are processed in order to check the availability of the products, as well as the approval of the payment method.
SENTIENT does not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays are observed:
- December 31st
- January 1st
- Day of the Federal Mexican Constitution
- Birth of Benito Juárez
- Labor Day
- Teacher's Day
- Independence Day
- Day of the Dead
- Mexican Revolution Anniversary
- December 24th
- December 25th
Domestic Orders (Mexico)
We offer free shipping to any part of the country. The times will be determined by the transport company that is contracted by SENTIENT. The estimated delivery time will be provided to you through the guide number that will be sent with the confirmation email.
We offer international /worldwide shipping in the purchase of any of our products at a fixed rate, established by the company in charge of transport. Please note that INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE COSTUM’S DEPARTMENT AND SUBJECT TO THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF EACH COUNTRY. Additional costs arising from the products clearing the customs at the country of delivery are borne by the client. SENTIENT has no control over such costs and cannot predict the amount that the destination country's custom’s department will charge. Likewise, SENTIENT is not responsible for delays that may arise due to the customs procedure and transit.
SENTIENT is a brand committed to sustainable development. Therefore, we only manufacture what is consumed. In this sense, our business model is based on producing what, in effect, clients, like you, ask of us. We believe that this model allows us to counteract the enormous production of waste for which the fashion industry is responsible, year after year. Advance orders will have a limited quantity, which as a brand we can handle, and will be available to purchase for three weeks before manufacture begins.
The shipping dates for pre-order items are estimates only. Products are not guaranteed to ship on the date indicated. All pre-order items may be subject to delays during production.
Order changes and cancellations
Once your order is placed, we are unable to adjust or modify any details. If you decide that you want to change your order for any reason, we will be happy to cancel your current order so that a new one can be placed. However, PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.
