Returns & Exchanges
Our intention is that you are happy with the product(s) that you purchased, so if you need to make an exchange or return we will be happy to assist you. SENTIENT will accept exchanges and returns of all products within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
In the case of exchanges and returns, we will gladly cover the shipping cost for orders placed in Mexico. For international orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, as well as any customs and duties related to this shipment.
All products purchased in liquidation or with a discount are FINAL SALE AND NO exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Read below and find out how to make return an item(s):
- For clothing, please make sure that the product(s) is (are) in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and undamaged, and that they still contain the labels in the manner in which you received it. Be sure to pack each garment separately when returning two or more pieces in the same box, the same way you originally received the order.
- Please return the backpacks, bags, card holders, and other accessories along with each component included in the package, including the dust cover and any additional pieces; otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return.
- How do you start the return process? Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number with the reasons for the return. If you require an exchange please specify the item and/or size that you would want to obtain in exchange.
- Use the original packaging to return any product(s). Once our team approves the returned product(s), the refund will be credited directly to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt of your return. Exchange orders will be shipped within 15 business days after receipt of the original product.
- Once the package to return of the product(s) has been shipped, please send us an email at email@example.com providing your full name, order number, email address, shipping company and tracking number for the package.
If you only want to process an exchange, we recommend that our customers place a new order and return the original order, as we cannot guarantee that the item and size will be available at the time the exchange is required.
